In my personal life, I enjoy making all types of artwork, from ceramics, to printmaking, drawing, and painting. I usually use ideas from the Bible or events from my life as my subject matter in my work. I primarily work in an expressive style because it lends itself best to mark-making which contributes to the overall theme in the piece.
I am inspired by Chagall, Van Gogh, Picasso and other Modern Artists for their use of free color, emotion, and personal triumphs through difficult times.
